Just to show you a typical (average) quad set.
First column is Vgs @ 1.25A, second column is Yfs at same current.
Matched at room temperature, so the values at 55°C heat sink will change.

That is very impressive matching for those devices Patrick. Can I ask what is Yfs - as that term is not mentioned in the Harris datasheet at all. The datasheet I assume will call that something else maybe.

Except for one member with whom I'm trying to clarify some info, all other packages
have been shipped as of today.

As stated before, there is no tracking/insurance with these packages. I've taken
pictures before heading to the post office. If you want to see yours, please send
me an email (which you should already have) so I may reply with the info.
