Interest for genuine NOS Harris IRFP9240s, Vgs matched quads and pairs

Just to show you a typical (average) quad set.
First column is Vgs @ 1.25A, second column is Yfs at same current.
Matched at room temperature, so the values at 55°C heat sink will change.

4.305 3.44
4.306 3.44
4.307 3.42
4.308 3.43

You should all be very pleased with what you are getting.

Patrick

That is very impressive matching for those devices Patrick. Can I ask what is Yfs - as that term is not mentioned in the Harris datasheet at all. The datasheet I assume will call that something else maybe.

Members should be pleased.

To the participants of this GB:

Thanks for waiting. 🙂

Please PM me with your forum handle/real name, your postal info, a contact telephone number.
(Canada post likes to ask for a phone number).

I will reply with payment info.

Thanks,
Dennis

Glad to be of assistance.

Except for one member with whom I'm trying to clarify some info, all other packages
have been shipped as of today.

As stated before, there is no tracking/insurance with these packages. I've taken
pictures before heading to the post office. If you want to see yours, please send
me an email (which you should already have) so I may reply with the info.

Cheers,
Dennis
