YHR, I see you can ship lamps for the Sharp XR-10X. I was wondering if I could send you the bad reflector with lamps, and have you install them. I have 2 bad ones right now. If yes, I would be happy to send payment vis paypal, plus shipping, and fee. I'll just need to know where, and of course, the address to send these to you.

Just a check to see if you got my email yesterday. I'm not going to send you back the wrong bulb as the shipping via FedEx or UPS would be more than the bulb! Even sending by USPS would be $20. Not worth the effort.
SO... tell me how much for the correct bulb and I'll send you money for the replacement and eat the wrong one.

Thank you for claifying that the LP530 bulb is the same as LP500. This means I need the same bulb, which I believe you said is 270w BSM-DC

I sent you an email, but haven't heard back on an address? The more I think of it, the more I'm wondering if you can get the lamps with reflectors ready to install in the cage, and then I'll buy more - say maybe 10 to start? That would let me relamp all my current projectors, plus I'd have more time to send you these to relamp. How much would that be? And can you get XR20X lamps with reflectors too? Thanks, Ronda

Hi i've been trying to read through this entire thread and am only half way, so excuse me if i'm missing something.
I have a toshiba tdp-s8 DLP projector, and i only have 200hrs left on my bulb, so i'm looking at alternatives as far as bulbs go.
Are there cheaper bulbs or mods i can do with this projector? it's a 200w 2000L and i wouldn't mind amping up the lumen just a bit, are there bulbs i can get to fit that require little modification?

just give the model number of your projector, and all the details on your bulb(or printed on the reflector) and ywh should have the right lamp for you. However, you will have to fit the lamp yourself in the reflector (ywh sends a step by step guide)

I just realised two of my projectors are XR-10X-L rather than the 10X. I didn't realize they had different bulbs until I tried to get the lamp and reflector out. Is there any way to get these replaced? The burner is cemented onto some sort of chip? or transformer? Or something which then goes to the leads and the connector that plugs into the projector. The mark on it is SHP102, A028WJ, Hg.

Tell me, on my lamp it says P-vip 180-230/1.0 E17.5....does this mean it ranges between 180w and 230w depending on eco mode? If so could i put a 230w lamp in there without any problems? Do you even have a 230w BSM-AC? I'd like to get max lumen and power saving isn't really my biggest priority.
What is the arc length on the BSM-ac you will supply, lumens, hr life and color temp?
Also, what would i need to do to fit the globe? i read that my oem globe has a ignition coil, does the BSM-ac also have one?
I realise i'm sounding like a noob, but i dont want to break anything.
Any help is appreciated
