It was my understanding that the new software runs on both.

Unfortunately software developing takes always more time as you think. The summerholiday didn't helped us either. Anyway today we've had an internal discussion about the look and feeling. Within 2-3 weeks we'll send the first beta version out. After their (positive) feedback we'll make the software available for all customers.

It's not a minor update but a complete from ground up rewritten software package.

There will be a MAC version too.

There's a good reason I haven't expanded mine with dual yet.

No its the old DLCP.

The current addon input board have only 4 balanced stereo analogue inputs. But this board have 1 balanced stereo analogue input and 3 balanced stereo analogue outputs. Much easier to build the case. You can use an 1U slim line case.

oops! I think I see what they did. They took the add on bd and broke it off of the last 3 input pairs (comes ready to do that). Then swapped the xlr connectors on a new output board.
