I took all of the output fets out and the driver card and I still have dc on the low side drain. Does that suggest the problem is on the ps side?

I guess it depends on your definition of 'power supply'. I don't think the problem is in the supply drive.

What else still has voltage in the amp when you have the 20v?

If I use the main ground I find it on both sides of the 2.2k resistors but 0v across the resistor

I can only find it on the inductors and the 680uf caps

On the attached diagram, which capacitor corresponds to the 680uF cap?

Previously, the driver ICs were being enabled before full rail voltage was reached. Did you resolve that issue?

I spoke with Sam from Barevids about it this issue. He had me check if there was any dc on the speaker terminals. It was present on both pos and neg speaker terminals. He suggested I run a jumper between the neg battery terminal and ground. That seems to have solved the issue. Obviously there is some component or trace that has gone open somewhere but i havent been able to locate it so this seemed like a good solution since its my personal amp. If anyone happens to find the fault since it appears to be a common issue, please let me know but for now connecting the audio and main ground seem to be working g fine.I am currently stress testing it in my vehicle. Been about a week now of at least an hour each day. So far so good. I will update if anything changes.

It may have engine noise with a direct connection. R-GND and C-GND on the diagram are the components that you need to find in your amp.

Was the resistor within tolerance (to its marked value)?

Was it a 1k as in the diagram?

R gnd: should be a 1k resistor

C gnd should be a 0.1uf cap

I do still have the amp. I believe they should read 0 ohms. If yours read different let me know and I will check.
