Did you ever replace the outputs in this amp at any time ?
I’m wondering since the outputs in your pics are IRF3710.
If you replaced the outputs the 3710 causes problems in the 4080 based amps and they should be IRF3710Z (Z prefix improtant ). Only pointing this out .
If they were replaced at some point and you didn’t replace them with the Z version I would replace the HIP4080 again and the outputs to the Z version
