Thank you maxst67, over the time seems to be a right choice to implement a JFET front end for Aleph 2, I like how it sounds.
The JFETs from DIYAudio Store are just fine, but you must consider that they are not matched and in my case I get a set with a large dispersion, so finally I prefer to order matched quads from Spencer at fetaudio.com
I think that instead of close matching a set of four J74 for each channel, you could match the sum of IDSS for each quartet between channels; I’m not sure about that, but in other projects that uses JFETS in a similar way the people says that this could be done. Maybe others forum members could confirm or correct this.

Sorry but I have not figured out if the change taking ij fet in the store diyaudio (grade A) then I have to go to match them or I can mount them on pcb as they are?
