I'll be coming through Sacto twice next week, so don't bother shipping mine, I'll just pick 'em up.

Okie doke. Just give me a heads up and I'll throw a pig on the spit for lunch. 😀

Just got off the phone with Tom and he's just gonna send out the other 3/8" bushing trannie which should be here either later this week or early next week so I'll save that pair for you then I'll have everyone else's trannies so I can get those boxed up and shipped out ASAP.

Hi,
my 6 trannies arrived on Thursday. Thanks to all involved.

The Jensen lot are publishing a pile of data from the manufacturer to enable various connection styles and debugging problems.

Are you planning a Wiki page to show connection data and optimum set-up? Or a PDF on the group buy page?

Publishing a pile of data from the manufacturer? Where? I just looked at the thread and the last post there is nearly a month old. The closest I saw to anything from the manufacturer was xcortes' post. Is that what you're referring to? I checked the Wiki too and there's nothing there.

Thanx for doing the shopping

You're welcome.

Anyone: If I need a centertap in using it as an inputtransformer, What value of resistors should I use ?

They should each be half the value of the regular load. In this case, a pair of 7.5k resistors. Though that trannie also does just fine with a 10k load so you could also use a pair of 5k resistors.

Hi Steve,

I picked up the trannies at the postal office today. Thanks man, these
thingies are really nice!

Glad the package didn't fit through the mail box. Got my parents dog over this week. And I,m sure he would have schredded the package and eaten the trannies....

Thanks for this groupbuy!

Now I have to decide to build a nice wooden box or an amplifier around them...

Hehehe. So, that's why you had to pick 'em up at the post office.

Thanks for this groupbuy!

I'd recommend the latter. Keeping the run from the secondary to the input stage as short as possible is the more ideal.
