By the way, sitting on everyone's money in PayPal has caused me some concern. If I should get hit by a bus or something, that would leave things in rather a mess for quite a few people.

So to that end I've entrusted SY with my PayPal particulars so that in such an event he'll be able to pay for the order and carry out the group purchase.

I don't plan on jumping in front of any busses any time soon but doo-doo happens and I just think it's prudent to have some sort of contingency plan in place.

So if anyone happens to see my obituary, SY's your man. 🙂

I see on the q-audio site, The InterFace is currently undergoing redesign and is temporarily out of production. The old version uses JT-11P-1.

Since you are now strongly advocating the Cinemags, I assume the redesign of The Interface will probably have Cinemags.

If correct, why this change? Price?

Actually the last InterFace that was made before I decided to do a redesign was back before I was aware of CineMag. That was prompted by WBT discontinuing the 0208 Topline RCAs that I was using and I'd been wanting to reduce the amount of metal used for the chassis anyway so it was an opportunity to kill two birds with one stone.

But ultimately yeah, my decision to go with the CineMags had something to do with price, but also it had to do with the fact that I found the quality of the CineMags to be every bit as good as the Jensens.

Oh no! The "are we there yet" has already started! Well lemme tell ya, just pipe down right now or I'm turning this car around and we're all going home! 😀

The only update is that the order was placed and paid for the day I said I'd place the order which I believe was Wednesday.

Oh, by the way, when I said I put in an order for 34 transformers, I should had added that that was made up of 28 transformers with the 3/8" bushing mount and 6 transformers with the holes for the #4 sheet metal screw for you, Mr. AndrewTightwadd. 😀

They're heeeeere...

Just received delivery of the group order transformers.

There was just one minor mistake. Ended up with one extra of the screw mount versions that AndrewT wanted and one less of the 3/8" bushing mount that everyone else wanted.

You just had to go and complicate things, didn't you, Andrew? 🙂

I'll give CineMag a call after lunch and see how soon I can get that situation rectified.

In the meantime, I'll get to work boxing up the the rest of the trannies and get them ready for shipping. The domestic orders will probably go out this week, probably by Friday and the overseas orders this Saturday (gotta go to the post office to send those out).
