= Don't know. I do not have another similar model = The local distributor for Ground Zero is not really cooperative with 3rd party technicians as me and since i'm not related to the company in any way they won't help at all. I don't have any other similar amp based on IRS2011....

Now instead of fitting more expensive mosfets I left some irf640n in just for the tests, therefore if I kill them it's not an issue, they are cheap and i do have a lot of stock of these. I've noticed these ones are heating up as do the irf3415 and IRF1310N unlike the IRFB5615. I've also noticed at 14.4 b+ they are heating up much faster than at 12v.

Heating up at greater voltage (especially if it has greater drive voltage) is odd. Could D36 be acting as a Zener and conducting at higher voltage?
I'm sorry but I lost track. Does it clip early without a load?
Those diodes aren't critical to the amp's operation. D36 could be removed to determine if it's the problem.
