It's trying (the op-amp is doing what it should do when it reaches clipping).

Is the amplitude of the two inputs to the 2011 the same?

This is a subwoofer amp. 230k+ is high for a subwoofer amp. Do you know what the frequency should be for this amp?

What's the power rating/size of R77A?

= Don't know. I do not have another similar model = The local distributor for Ground Zero is not really cooperative with 3rd party technicians as me and since i'm not related to the company in any way they won't help at all. I don't have any other similar amp based on IRS2011....

What's the power rating/size of R77A? = 0.125W 4.7kohms, in toleranace

R77 is a 2W or 3W also in toleranace

Now instead of fitting more expensive mosfets I left some irf640n in just for the tests, therefore if I kill them it's not an issue, they are cheap and i do have a lot of stock of these. I've noticed these ones are heating up as do the irf3415 and IRF1310N unlike the IRFB5615. I've also noticed at 14.4 b+ they are heating up much faster than at 12v.
