Is it just me, or is Linear Systems website offline? I've been trying for days, so it seems to be a long term issue.

Yeah - it came back late last night (in the UK). No explanation about what took it down on the site. Could have been maintenance, or a crash at the weekend I guess.

Hello Juan,
We DO ship to Puerto Rico! 🙂 Shipping charges have already been loaded on the store but for some reason they are not being taken into consideration when you are about to complete your order, please allow a couple of days to fix this

thank you I appreciated that I hope is not so expensive the shipping cost to Puerto Rico 🙂
Good to see you are on the forum Gianluca. As a repeat customer, and having used your customisation process (machining and lettering) I have always been impressed by the cases and service.

Why not ask the company?
I'm a great fan of their cases and have built a number of projects into them. There are only two negatives: Every part is painted or anodized, so you have quite a bit of mechanical work to ensure all the case parts make good and safe electrical contact. And the extruded heatsinks are slightly banana shaped. That is always the case with extruded heatsinks, and the only way to ensure good thermal contact is to flatten them. I do that laboriously using a flat surface and coarse 80-grit belt sander paper.
I haven't asked the company about those points, but I'm betting that they would do both on request for a nominal extra sum as post machining operations.

Hello Juan,
I have sent you an answer yesterday, maybe my email ended up in your spam folder?
Anyway the cutout is 28x20 and there is a distance of 40mm between the two holes on each side of the rectangle 🙂

Another "When can we expect F6 kits back in stock?"
We will be restocking but it will likely be 3+ months. I just had a look and saw our warehouse is reporting an extra kit and 2 transformers on the shelf but not in Shopify. I've made them available for purchase if you're quick 🙂
Does the "CNC: Totally customized ..." option at CNC work on 10mm aluminum panels – diyAudio Store include engraving capabilities, or is it only for CNC cutting and mlling? It's a bit ambiguous with the words "CNC work" and "totally customized" on the page.
