GB: A Simple Discrete Current-Mirror IV Converter, à la AD844

He should have sent you BoM + schematics.

Placement cannot be simpler.
All Qs are labelled on the PCB.
The rest is obvious, and you can still refer to the pictures of the article.
(I'll post here again.)

The front side is same as before except "113" is replaced by "562".
The pads on the rear are Riv, Civ and the trim resistors for R1,2 and R5,6.
They let you trim both input and output DC offset.
