Due to the form of the Keratherm pads come:
TO-247 -> 4 pads per row
TO-220-4 -> 7 pads per row
It is a little risky to cut the tap in between 2 pads. So, I am going to round everyone's order to a multiple of 4 for TO-247 and multiple of 7 for TO-220-4. I apologize to this change, but I really don't want to ruin the pads as they are really delicate. In most of the cases, the increase is less than $3.

I got a couple inquiries on any matched mosfet sets left.
Here are what I have left:
- 1 set, N-N and P-P matched to Vgs 2mv.
- 1 set, N-N at Vgs 1mv, P-P at Vgs 3mv.
- 2 sets, N-N at Vgs 3mv, P-P at Vgs 3mv.
- 1 set, N-N at Vgs 2mv, P-P at Vgs 5mv.
- 1 set, N-N at Vgs 3mv, P-P at Vgs 4mv.
I also have maybe another set that is at around Vgs 15mv - 20mv which are still good for the F5X regulator.
The order of the members who asked are as following:
- Barmanekm
- lloop9
Barmanekm, I will save the first set for you for 2 days.
lloop9, you will have the 2nd set, but if Barmanekm passes, you will be bubbled up to have the first set.

Can you tell me if there are any sets matched to at least 50mV between N SETS, and 50mV between P SETS? If yes I am taking 3 or 4 sets. It Depends on how many will be left.

If memory serves me right, there will be such match for the N's for sure.
The wide range is the P's somehow have rather even distribution in a range of 2V ...

It didn't take long to find, 4 sets that I posted are actually within 50mv.
See the Vgs of each set:
N range = 2.487 - 2.515 (<= 28mv)
P range = 2.696 - 2.722 (<= 26mv)
Not sure your circuitry, but keep in mind, I matched them with the F5X regulator in mind. They were matched at 4A.

The detail:
1. Only the total of the members who are also in PRP GB are calculated.
For ship direct, I plan to ship flat rate priority mail with confirmation
for US. For international, I will check the ship rate and post later.
2. For those are in EU and shipped with PRP, I have added the VAT so that
I can pass the money to Heinz1 who will receive the bulk package.
3. Heinz1, I subtracted the VAT from your total before adding the PP fee.
Please double check.
4. Nic, per our PM, I will ship direct to you; therefore, I didn't add VAT to
your total. I subtracted my PRP from the total and only applied the PP
fee to the balance. Please check. We will add the shipping once we
finalize the shipping method.
5. When you make payment to PP, please include your diyaudio id so that
I can update the payment status accordingly.
6. For those also buy the 2sk2013/2sj313 from me. I added the amount
as well. FWIW, the quad and the double are within 2mv, and even the
triples are within 3mv.
