Try scallops (frozen, because they were lots cheaper, and monsieur insisted it made no difference whatsoever), fried, chopped onions plus garlic, a roux blanc added, water, S+P.
Then stewed for an hour, and another hour after we returned from the beach.

South of France, while I had fresh Perigord duck breast marinating in the fridge, grilled right before monsieur le chef started his thing.
At the fish shop I passed returning from the beach, they had an entire swordfish on display, just caught that morning and on special offer.

Oh No, monsieur had worked many many times in France, and knew all about French cuisine. Oh La La, c'est magnifique.

And a bucket for monsieur.
 
Back in my highschool days, I made telescopic ones with needle/ball bearings, polished all-ss.

Swirling through the air, they made a pure whistling sound.
Until one lost concentration in front of the mirror, the cracking sound when one hit my head was like a TT needle running into a damaged surface.
 

That actually makes some sense. The problems it claims to fix are real. I don't know how they would get access to the processes needed to do that, but those would be good things to do.

Background: I've written a number of Windows programs for audio measurements and am rather familiar with the dumb priorities in effect when Windows handles audio. Dropped samples can be a real issue.

47000 drachma is ~ $149. Maybe the price lost (gained? - &;>) something in translation.
