I can try and fit four in a large flat-rate box ($21.50), but I fear they will get trashed in transit.

Those are remarkable-enough bits to be worth considering driving to you from Kansas City to buy 4 or 8 or 12. Have you fixed a price for something like that?

Anyone who wants to drive to Carlsbad, CA can have a box of 16 free. I'm not sure how well these big electrolytics age -- they are from the '90s. I'm only charging actual shipping for folks in the US that would like 2 ($16.10 flat-rate) or 4 ($21.50 flat-rate).

I finally figured it out. This was a power supply for one of those space lasers?
I heard of some US armed forces project working on a laser in the early 1990s and it took a few days to charge after firing.
