I was making the point that I've spoke to the gentleman in question and I wasn't confident in the company at all.

The issue was not whether your experiences with the company were good, bad or indifferent, but where the communication was.

Now, the whole point of the exercise is that when you've received your module and listened to it - you report back here with your evaluation of it's sound and what you're running it on, music listened to, other amps used, etc.

Don't be a pack rat & disappear without giving feedback - we know who you are now and we don't want to see terrible things befall you (HeHe).

Some of us are interested in purchasing these modules and this has been a unique offer by Class-D who has come in for some criticism, even on this thread itself!! I have no connection to them & I know it is a marketing strategy but I believe it to be a brave move by Class-D to let the products speak for themselves & I for one applaud it along with the great pricing of these modules.

I've said it before & I'll say it again - it's refreshing for us in this geographical location to find products that are so keenly priced rather than have to import from China or Oz or US. I fully support them in their efforts & hope that the modules do stand up to scrutiny sonically & otherwise

And no I'm not a--rse licking to try & get a free module for myself!

I think they are all mono, makes sense really. Just listen with one speaker or wire your pair in parallel. Then compare with your normal amp in the same configuration. Yes it would be nicer if we could check them out in stereo, but I think even one free module is generous.

That's great Jopie, that you won!

A direct comparison of the NX150 amp module with the Class-D module will be interesting. The NX150 uses lateral mosfets, I think? Which Class-D module is the NX150 equivalent? You may have to ask Class-D.
