OK for me in Opera browser.
Some flags missing is all.
It's almost unusable in firefox, formatting issues and lots of run on tags where the icons/flags used to be. The edit box spills off of the right hand side of my screen.
Confusing..
Once your cache gets refreshed and the icons associated with those tags are deleted you'll probably see what a lot of us are seeing..
We are on it, the backroom people will need to look into it. From my crude fumblings, it looks like the domain that serves up the static images is down. How badly things screw up is more an issue of how many of those are in your cache. If you have none it should look real screwy.

wow ! happened incidentally to let the computer falling from the table and have to restart it !!! Now there is some mish mash as already described .....!!!!!!!!!!!!
Hi planet10. It looks like the DNS servers are not working for the forum's static images server. Forcing the IP translation in the Windows hosts file solves the problem (temporarily):We are on it, the backroom people will need to look into it. Makes me wonder if that server got on someone's black list.. I don't run windows but should be able to do the same thing in Linux if sufficiently motivated.
WHOIS indicates some ranges are blocked, but not the ones of interest.

My domain name registration account ran out of cash and I wasn't keeping an eye on the particular email account that it's linked to while I have been on the road! The domain expired, but has now been renewed, and all we have to do is wait for the DNS to propagate.
As explained above, and in detail by me in the DNS issues thread, if you feel like putting
209.59.179.2 files.diyaudio.com
209.59.179.2 files.diyaudio.com
209.59.179.2 s3.dastatic.com
209.59.179.2 s4.dastatic.com
209.59.179.2 s5.dastatic.com
into your windows /etc/drivers/hosts file, that will solve the problem for now.
This is, incidentally the reason why I've got the diyaudio.com registration paid up for 10 years 🙂 I'll add a few more years to dastatic.com 🙂

Graphics are back for me at least, so if you're still seeing it mucked up, it should be coming good in a few more hours for you.
