1 view. I was hoping for something better like a kilt or something. I am just trolling, spending all my time on old SiC parts. Yesterday's news.

dunno where , on your side of Big Splash
in fact - you have Jensens there
I am beginning to wonder is Jensen Transformers still exists. I have made several attempt place an order thru sales@jensen-transformers.com, but I get no response.

It took me a few requests to get the xformers for my F4 headphone amp.
I just sent my second email about the JT-123-FLPCHs
You are right that I do not understand those transformer properties. I guess that it might be hopeless to rely on simulation to try to fill in the blanks of the F6 design.I don't think you do understand. The capacitance of the transformer would
only influence the distortion at higher frequencies, not at lower, but when
we look at the open loop (or closed loop) distortion of the F6 prototype
we don't see an increase in distortion at the frequency extremes.
Remember that the quadfilar windings have symmetric capacitance, so all
windings exhibit the same conditions with respect to that.
😎
I feel like a young child trying to figure out the contents of a boxed Xmas present under the tree by shaking the box and listening and feeling for clues.

They are very slow to respond more often than not.
But their dealers (at least in AU) are pretty good.

Ilquam,
from what i understand, any transistor or tube based phase splitter relies heavily on the load and fedback to maintain symmetrical output. The transformer doesnt care and therefore has the advantage of being agnostic in term sof what it is driving. The Impass artucle by Sy covers the the function of a tube based phase splitter. Excellent read. The curious thing for me is how Nelson will use the transformer as the modulation point in controlling the upper fet. It would seem that any topology, be it a CCS, Mu follower, or SRPP can be used with transformer in place. How he does it will be the ah ha moment.
after entire drama , which we made because of one little misplaced dot
, let's be real - even plain PP amp is good enough ..... varying modulation of upper Jfet can be entirely different chapter
I have few nasty ideas , but let's see detailed schm first ....
it's Summer ...... easy ......

My man! I am sipping on a cup of French press as we speak. Clearly not the same level, but it will do until i try that.
A general outreach statement to visitors of this thread. Is there new and enriching information to masticate? You be the judge. As ZM gently suggested, and coached us over many earlier threads: wait for Mr. Pass to speak and spill the beans. In a day or a month; whatever. I'll unsubscribe to this thread pronto; but I'll religiously visit it once day to cherish valuable nuggets of info. My best regards to all of you.

a really fine way of behavior....! 😀
my proletarian and childish reaction......
I want F6 now..... I want F6 now...... 😀😀
