F5 amp for three way active speakers

Hello, everyone!
One year later my own design 3-way active speakers was done with 6 channel F5 amp big unit.
It sounds really good altogether but now I can not fix some humm problem.
It is not loud noise but really annoying...
This humm noise changes while moving cables between crossover and F5s pcbs but even more it depends on displacement of F5's power supply wires.
Read many info about wiring and thought I have done it correct.
Speakers minus wires return back to the F5 pcbs in my case (not to the PSU).
If someone has any idea what was done wrong?

Best regards, Anton

Thanks, Mark for your reply!
I think there is some wiring problem because the particular amp channel can be quiet after some displacement of power cables.
If I move one twist from another, the humm increases.
May be twisting should be done by other way or speaker connection should be done to PSU ground?

Please don't mind bumping a thread from grave!
I have some what similar predicament.
Need to decide on first watt amplifiers active crossover for a 15" midrange 100hz-700hz and a horn >700hz.
15" will have cover fair share of midrange and midbass.
F5 and Aleph JZM of F8 babelfish good combination?
