There are exceptions though, for instance I would not call these Sun Audio standmounts conservative or copy-paste based.

In a IB in Purifi’s hemianechoic chamber:
A narrow baffle ~11” wide would improve dispersion a bit, but not enough to make a big difference at 2KHz.
I’d cross the PTT10.0X to closer to 1KHz than 2KHz…

I've already the 30 & 60° curves that Purifi kindly provided to us mais I don't think it's enough to decide it is worth it to buy a pair at that price for testing... By the way my target Fc is 1250 Hz probably LR8 linear phase
