Which he previously did on "New Stasis Front End". Not an unprecedented move at all.
Stasis - he gave all schematics needed - in first post, later wrote several lines of know-how
who could ask him - for more?
Hi Jason and Nelson, can I ask if there will be a Sony VFet Part 2 document as you did in the 1st post of the part 1 thread?
no, just flip all the parts 🙂
It's so much fun being part of this community. Initially bummed I didn't get picked this time around, I love seeing the gratitude and excitement of my fellow diyers, and share their feelings. Looking forward to seeing lots of build pics.
And then MZM, our own personal guru for all of our needs, displays yet more generosity. What a gentleman! And yet there's another: JR_W also donates his win back to us-lucky-few. Chapeau! and thanks to JR_W. Wow!

For all the part 2 VFET winners, Nelson will be issuing a revised document to cover its build soon, just heard back from him.
His words - "There are some changes to accommodate the N channel part,
but it’s all still pretty simple, and the performance is virtually
identical."

I see you aren't taking PMs, maybe you'll see this post.
I'll throw my pick back in the hat and give somebody else a shot.
Noted. Your ticket has gone back into the hat, and out comes:

Thanks to the team at the Diy audio store including Jason, Elena (who made my day), Nelson and the others who made this all possible. Most times I can feel like loser but today I am a lucky boy.
I am glad I picked up some Tonkins while they were still available. Missed out out on 1 and 2. Now waiting for the 3rd version to become avalable.
Grats to all, winners and the rest of us. I was 5 minutes late. Dang work.
Looking towards round 3, and hoping its not as cut throat...

Congrats to all of the second round winners! A second note of thanks and appreciation to Nelson and the entire DIYAudio team!
Very happy to have won in this round. I will be building this for an octogenarian buddy of mine who is a golden ear and can no longer solder.
Wow thank you so much!!! I received the E-mail, this is by far the best news I have received in ages. Super grateful!Noted. Your ticket has gone back into the hat, and out comes:

Congratulations to all the winners, and special thanks to Nelson, Jason and all that made this lottery happen. A favorite saying of mine: " sometimes chicken sometimes feathers".
This time feathers, will wait for the next chapter in the lottery chain.

@woofertester That's sweet of your bro... good on you.
Also, congrats to the forum for all the help given and the knowledge bestowed. If it wasn't for you all here many of us would never be able to make these wonderful amps, not having the knowledge to do it ourselves and depending on yourguidance and patience.
Lastly, to Nelson for using us to get rid of his old parts, and outdated circuits. 😛
A heartfelt thank you to all.

VFET-less kits
Congratulations to all winners and to the team for getting this out of the door. 😉
Are there already any plans or info on VFET-less kits? Not in a hurry at all, just don't want to miss it. 🙂
Thanks
Sven
