I think I am done with this project. Finally,
I achieve the brightness and image quality possible with my lcd.
I had tested all even the worst dvd that i have and it all passed based on my need in terms of brightness and quality. Those dvd that i thought was crappy turned out to be very an excellent disC.
Hey jorel and cybermedic, come see my work once more if you have time!

Hey slizm, thanks for the light setup and triplet I haven't had a chance to test them just waiting for a mogul socket.

Magnifying lens for me is making wonders. If ever you are gonna try one, try to compare with different models or kind. Get the one with highest brightness gain and even can be tested under ordinary lamp. I notice that some lens can magnify light a lot times better than OHP condenser lens. I am now using 2 ML and my tempered condenser lens is now under it to protect my untempered ML . ( again good for small lcd only)
I also notice that the bigger focal length of ML ( kindly comment if i am wrong in my observation), the wider is the beam but the brightness gain is lesser but still alot better than my ohp condenser lens.
If you are trying it now, email or write to me maybe i can be of help.
