Right position of this sub is on the flour in horisotal position. In other case wave reflecting from flour can be phase inverted and atenuate sub bass.

Can you post me the schematic diagram of your HF - X OVER as in post #61.
I can give you turn details and all info on winding 0.2mh (200uH) air core inductor. Provided, if you let me know .....
1. Do you have a plastic bobbin to wind the coil ?. If yes.
2. What is the bobbin size ????? . I mean, bobbin internal height & inside diameter.
If you do not have any specific x-over bobbins, you can use any circular plastic bobbins. eg: empty solder spool bobbins or medi-plast bobbins etc
Just measure the size of it's internal diameter & inside height and post me.
And also the wattage or power you want through it.
I shall tell you the turns details, DCR, and wire gauge in SWG.

sir miles if i reverse the position same like on the photo of your horn reflex bass box design,what is the difference or affect?? thanks by the way that design is mtl dual sub.almost same to your sub..(not sure) i dnt have the plan of this box ..
Averange angle of this subs is 90x40deg so vertical position is wrong.
