diy meet in TORONTO?

Great enthusiasm. Now I'm wondering if there is goiing to be too much equipment all at once. Should we save some for the next? I really don't mean to rain on it, so don't take it the wrong way. It's just that every piece needs about at least 30 minutes of listening to appreciate its qualities. Or do we show it all and then arrange for a performance afterwards.

Any comments?

I'm checking to see if the condo I'm at will allow us to use their multipurpose room for a meeting. It's in central Toronto Yonge / Finch and parking is not a problem on weeknds as the GO train parking is next door and is free then.

comments please..

Just a reminder for those who can make it to the meet. If you do have a mobile phone please do call my number when you are at the doorstep. I am pretty sure that we are not going to hear the door bell when playing music. Or be patient and go crazy with the door bell, someone with good ear eventually would hear the door bell.

------- If it's possible, I would also like to bring some speakers I am working on right now, the drivers are installed and wired in box, but they have no XO at the moment. I have been actively XOing them using the KxProject drivers. I don't know if there will be an active XO or multiple amps at the meet, but I could really use some tips/advice from those with more experience on how to proceed with the passive XO. Let me know if time/equipment constraints will allow for this.

I am active xover 3 ways but using 8 channels of power amps. If time permits then we can have a compare with yours and my Jordan speakers

I counted all the parts, all there. Some of the components are huge! Good thing the cabs are so deep.

I'm rushing to get the cabinets done so no complaints. 😉

I screwed up on the tweeter recesses, I cut them too big on purpose, but not this big! 🙂 You'll see.

Morbo,

Looking forward to hearing your wr125s.
