In the picture, it says Amanero module is powered by the DAC.
Is there a dedicated regulator on the DAC to power the Amanero?
Or did you share one?

I just looked at your website for the ES9018 DAC again, and I don't see any mention of a regulator for the Amanero, so I was curious to know what was done.

Thanks for the info and the pic.

Nice to know, I thought I was going to need to supply seperate power for the Amanero. I didn't want to use USB power for it, nice to find out that I don't need to worry about that.

Could you explain what is unfair? I haven't done a group buy before.
I'm not trying to start an argument, I just want to understand.
I thought this was a group buy looking for 50 total boards. At the point when I posted, there were still two slots available. 11 has been available since 6th of March, at which point only 27 boards were spoken for. Plenty of time for others?
40 has always been available, because that person only wants transformers.
Why is it more fair to leave slot 11 open and put me at 51?
Is it because the order is in some way important? If the order is important, then I completely understand and I apologise for queue jumping. But then why is 11 left out? Why not bump everyone up a slot and free up 50? Bertchai said 'there is still 11' which made me think that the correct thing to do was fill in that slot. Anyway, if you could take the time to explain the significance of which slot everyone has, that would be great.

I entered the GB on February 26 at position 17. Shortly afterwards, I recall you wanted us to make half-payment by the end of March?
But since then the GB has expanded from 20 units to 50 units.
Can you please update us?
- are you still in development, or commencing final build?
- when is our half-payment due? A few people have made their first payment already, but it would help if the GB list was updated to show the payment status?

I have been following this thread from the beginning. It actually started as a GB for a minimum of 20 boards.

At some point, someone signed up in the 11 slot, and but then later the person changed their mind, removed their name, and slot 11 has been vacant ever since.

There are a couple potential sticking points.
If the boards are shipped in the order of the list (and I don't know if this is true, but it is a possibility), since because of the logistics I expect the kits to be filled over some amount of time, at slot 11 you would obviously get your board sooner than at slot 51.

And possibly a more important point, at some point not too long ago, the group buy was "closed". Payments were requested, and sent in, to help pay for the parts that needed to get ordered. In the same post where the costs were declared, a schedule was laid out. There was a later post talking about a 2nd group buy, but I don't know how many boards were actually ordered.
Does it say 50 somewhere?

If the GB is going to be split into two, then you should be in the 2nd group. Again, this is speculation on my part, but again going to 11 clouds your actual status and the order where you joined.

I am currently very busy preparing for the production, so I have not reviewed all of the list you have already registered. Sorry.
However, there is evidence through the cash you have for me, it's paypal. And the order of the list is the number I need to do, and the order is not important issue, the whole is one name in the list are what you need, it is the DAC 32

I will soon make the list, and hopefully will not be missing someone.

buying group also ended up with 50 people, and this is a testament to my work in progress, Song I buy is 46 clock 100 MHz, as you can see in this picture, still missing 5 more , and I still contact digikey.
