With the Telema transformers I used (25VA per channel), 18V secondaries was giving a too high secondary voltageat 21Vac instead of 18Vac. Using the 15Vac model gave me a nice 17.8Vac. Next update, replacing the I/V resistors with Caddock MK132 😉

The Rhopoint seems indeed to be the ultimate I/V resistor but where can I buy it?

Here the transformer PCB layout... One bottom layer only, a few link and that fits my limitation of 6x9 PCB material I had. End up with a 3'' x 9'' PCB. Three screw mounting holes match existing DAC chassis original mounting holes. I needed to drill four more holes, one in each corner because I was limited to 3x9 PCB size. A custom commercial PCB could match all standard chassis holes but I couldn't...

Any ideas on how do add a rotary encoder to the version 2 board?

I think i willl add an encoder and a little circuit to "click the buttons" for me.

Audiodesign:It is possible to add some software and use the up, down and some auxiliary input (or the mute pad ) for the encoder?
