Thanks, It appears that mine are fake, and I have revised my Swap Meet ad accordingly.I took a pair to measure ~ 3.2K on both.
Another pair of different production lot ~ 2.99k on both
can you please share the BOM and the schematics for these 2 gerbers? I apologize if i missed itHere we go, gerbers for grunfs' CCS tube output and a quite raw PSU.
Today I'll be testing the old boards, just in case.
However these are perfected.
hi,Hey can someone who has a known authentic AD1862 check something for me. I have 2 pairs of chips for sale, but am not sure of their authenticity. Nopants suggested that the feedback resistor (on pin 10 as per the AD1862 Data sheet ) should measure 3K, which is also mentioned in the datasheet. If I am reading the block diagram correctly, I should get 3K between pins 10 and 11, but I am not getting that (one measures 22K, others just measure open). Can someone confirm what they get if they measure a real AD1862?
Thanks
I can tell you clearly that the resistance value between 9pin and 10pin of the genuine AD1862N or NJ is 3K
I have two different versions of AD1862NJ. For reference
Go to post #1042. Miro posted the resistances across pins.
here are resistances between pins on a working AD1862:
1-2 = 2R
11-12 = 3k3
13-12 = 6k6
1-3 = 38k
1-12 > 14M
16-12 > 14M
1-16 > 17M
4-9 > 25M or open
8-9 > 25M or open
4-8 > 25M or open
15-12 > 25M or open
5,6,7 - 9 = open
1-2 = 2R
11-12 = 3k3
13-12 = 6k6
1-3 = 38k
1-12 > 14M
16-12 > 14M
1-16 > 17M
4-9 > 25M or open
8-9 > 25M or open
4-8 > 25M or open
15-12 > 25M or open
5,6,7 - 9 = open
