D4K5 Class D amplifier (about 2000W 4 Ohm)
Fake or working PCB and working circuit ?
Does someebody here build this D4K5 class D amplifier ?
I have download from elcircuit.com schematic, Gerber Files, Youtube Video

What kind of improvements ?
I know only this improvements from DIY Member Kartino,....
1. to add 2 schottky diodes in original design look picture.....There are 4 diodes now arround the inductor.
Whatever energy generated in the coil, it cannot be more than voltage supply as the diodes act like pipe. Any generated voltage more than voltage supply will be drained by that diodes to supply cap. Thats why this design is very stable. Even you can play connect or disconnect, short, whatever, on and off power without smoke.
2. Core 1xMS157060, 19 turns for 90Vdc or 2x157060 14 turns for a 130Vdc supply.
3. change resistor calue to 2 x 4K7 at 2n5401 and add 5V zehner and 22uf Electrolyt Kondensator to Ground
4. output is 700W 8 ohms / 1500W 4 ohms with a 90Vdc 20A supply. The output can be raised 1200W 8 ohms / 2400W 4 ohms with a supply of 130Vdc
5. Mosfet IRFP4227 1 set for 90Vdc supply. IRFP4229 / IRFP4332 / IRFP4242 / IRFP4768 / IXTQ76N25 to supply 120Vdc 1 set. Other mosfets are not recommended.

In circuit at pin no.6 of ir2110 here is mur 860.what other diode i use.can i use mur 480.
Second question is this that can i use 0.47 ufd/1000v in place of 0.22ufd /2000v .thanks
