I would monitor the resistors for heat.

I turned everything on for hours at a considerable volume and there was no heating (everything within normal limits of course) or noise. I monitored it with those laser thermometer guns. @AllenB

Your construction is good, but the inductors could usefully be further apart to prevent their magnetic fields interacting with each other.

Here's a guide on orientating inductors in order to minimise their interaction:

In fact, it's working well, without many noise problems or anything like that.

In post #76 it is clear that polarized caps (green-black) are wired in parallel and these are not forming a single non-polarized cap.
You should repair it asap.
