Looks interesting, at least the newer version does as it can handle both 44k1 and 48k. Jitter looks a bit high (140pS) in comparison with typical S/PDIF chips which tend to be around 50pS, though it might be pure noise rather than data correlated as its async. Running as it does from a 12MHz clock, the '44k1' frequency is a little bit fast though I doubt the change is audible.
