Anyone ever tried CP2114 and CP2615 usb to i2s interface from silicon labs?

CP2615 is newer version.

Looks interesting, at least the newer version does as it can handle both 44k1 and 48k. Jitter looks a bit high (140pS) in comparison with typical S/PDIF chips which tend to be around 50pS, though it might be pure noise rather than data correlated as its async. Running as it does from a 12MHz clock, the '44k1' frequency is a little bit fast though I doubt the change is audible.
