To be frank, I havent gone to the post office to get an estimate+ I do not know what will be weight of the package. PCB's are 2.4mm thick, its the first time dealing with them.
It should be approx. about 6-8 USD just to give a very very rough estimate.
I will let you guys know the exact cost once i get the package ready and get it weighed at the post office.

estimate of shipping

I calculated the each board weight from some online calculator (Calculation of printed circuits weight for standard boards, multilayer and aluminum PCBs ) and it comes out to be 103grams per PCB!. It was shock to realize pcb's would be this heavyy! and calculation of postage based this weight results in following shipping cost to USA (as an example)

2 boards(approx. 250 gms weight of parcel)- 6.5USD
4 boards (approx.450 gms weight of parcel)- 10USD
6 boards (approx 650-700 gms weight of parcel)- 13-15USD
10 boards (approx 1.1 to 1.2 kg weight of parcel)-18-21USD

based one's country, the shipping cost will be slightly different and like i told before, will inform once the packet is ready.

I hope this gives a fair idea of the shipping costs to everyone.

However, If there are cancellations in the last moment, it would be better to have a reserve list like before...
So please go ahead and post your requirements in the reserve list for anyone interested....

Hi Do,
I think only ppap64 could reply, as got a PM to increase the no. of boards from 4 to 6 nos.
I think (guess) he requires total of 16 boards...

I sent a pm to Do Jan31 asking for 4 boards, not 10. I didnt get any response and saw a subsequent post saying that GB was only for Quebec members and another post where Prasi asked Do to remove myself and kokanee from his list. When Prasi opened his buy again, I thought it was ok to move from reserve list and join the buy.
A member in Vancouver asked me to get a couple pcb's for him to share shipping so I said ok.
I'm sorry for any misunderstanding, but I'm fine with getting 6 boards from Do so he's not stuck with too many. Is this ok with you Prasi ?
