Finally got the SA5000 back from the tech. He replaced the electrolytics, replaced the regulation tubes (2x6922 and a 12AX7), fixed some solder joints, replaced the missing transistors, etc. Cost $800, but worth it.

If someone ships an SA5000 to you, make absolutely sure they get the shipping bolts and mount them!
