Played a bit with new version of the board, new 48V power supply and new 120W 4.5ohm resistive dummy load. THD measured at 70W RMS calibrated.

Think this was my favourite of the ones I tried, the SE-600-48.

Murata PQC250-48 are nice. I offered this seller $50 usd ea for 10 and they accepted:

With that price tag I would expect an al cheapo fake. Nothing surprising at all.
