Looking at those pictures I find it somewhat strange that you did not use shielded cables for connecting the Cinch connectors to the print.

Hi Shielded wire is not required for small run. I mostly use wire from tube depot https://www.tubedepot.com/products/22-ga-high-temperature-pvc-wire mil grade or twisted pairs of CAT 5 cable, never had any issue. I keep input wire length as short as possible.

I am about to start building the MC version in a couple of days as soon as I get the mouser order. I am not understanding your grounding scheme. You come in with two conductors on the AC line? Where is the gnd? On the plug? Where do you ground the AC center tap?

The power supply is grounded through, phonostage ground with chassis. They all are connected.
