Please reduce your photo's size by using ACDsee software.
also , for you videos you can use IMtoo total video converter and convert your video files to another format with lower size.
anyway , i think you are using different mosfets , am i right ? you are using IRF640N isntead of IRFB4227 ?

the sound is very good when out put power was about 50 watt.
i thing my power stage has error
i was used a transformer with + - 25 VDC 3A

Volume pot can't be conected direct on input you must have preamp or buffer for volume control.

D200 power is 400W/4R (with IRFB4227 and +/-75V DC rail)

Amp can't have 50W with +/-25V, use +/-35V and TIP31C must have heatsink.

the rail voltage of this amp is about +/- 75v same as D200 , also this amp use a pair of TO-220 in output stage , but crown claim that this amp can handle 300w @ 8 Ohm / 525w @ 4 Ohm / 775w @ 2Ohm

how it's possible ? 😕

Crown XLS1500 use regulated SMPS in PSU, with SMPS D200 have same power as Crown.

450kHz is to high for FDA, use IRFB31N20D... or change frequency to 250kHz.

Yes but with high switching loses and IRFP250 will heat.
Use volume pot value 1-5k for test.
