1. can i use 2 paralel 15v ziner instead bat85 ?
i can not find 1% resistor in my town.
2. can i use 5% for that ?
3. i ask again you dont have 2n5551 in your D200 amp board even in O/C section ?

Use 1N4148 instead BAT85, use 5% resistor and all transistors are 2N5401 but pins reverted also 78L05 pins reverted. 220nF caps can be 100V dc.

Yes just rotate all TO-92 cases, and use 0.05R instead 0.15R. O/C current is 0.55V/0.05R.
Use 74AC00 instead SN7400.

i was use 47uF 35 volts for cap and 10uF 25 volts for one
every things is ok for test
i test it with + - 25 volt DC

74HC00 is ok and you can use three 0.15R in parallel to get 0.05R, but 0.15R is ok for test (O/C current is 3.6A thru speaker)

sound is very good even in HI FREQ like sir manoj amp just his amp has beter power than your amp.
nothing is warm even mosfets and filter. i use T106-2 core.
how can i use this amp in 2 ohm ?

D200 can be use with 2 ohms load without any changes, just 0.05R in O/C detect circuit, and this is full range hi-fi amp work on 450kHz, for more power increase input level with preamp.

some thing has error in my board
when i increase volume the sub woofer dont work and just creat sound like gher gher gher.
i try to upload 7 second video file.
i was control the input current it was very low when the volume is in top.!!!
the current was 0.03 A
why ?
we need a good preamp for use full power.
and good smps too.
