D200 have O/C protect, rail voltage is /-75V max. and output power 200W on 8 ohms load. I will share schematic and pcb after test.

I don't know if anybody has mentioned this already, but why not just use a IRS2092? Is basically have all built in - analogue audio preamp, pwm gen, mosfet driver, protection and more. B&W use it in their high end HT sub's.

With +/-30 vdc use 1k/2W instead 2k2/2W, IRF640 instead IRFB4227 and TIP122 instead BD241C.

IR2110 is easy available and not expensive. With 74AC00 power on mute and O/C protect is add. With BD241C no need for extra 12V bias suply...

You can use TIP31 but replace 10k resistor with 3k3 (conected to base TIP31 and 12V zener). D200 run at 450kHz.
Been waiting for a Diy friendly ClassD, I can't wait till January when I'll get some time to build it 🙂

Change O/C options with diferent value of 0R1/5W resistor, for example use 0.05R/5W for 12A.
i dont have 74hc00 , irf640 , tl081 , cap 224-250v , res 510 ohm 1% now.
