Why not material-2 CORES T157-2/T200-2
T200? It is *little* overkill there 😀

I have the black cores only t130- 10 I also have the blue cores but a few . What turns am I suppose to turn to get 22 uh and do I need to add a gap ?

Try ~40 turns and air gap you only need for ferrite core, material 10 is carbonyl iron - no air gap!
hi norazmi , long time . welcome back 😉
Stewin, im working as programmer, i have less time lol, but now covid no work office close so i have time for diy again, i make 5 amplifier lol new one hahahahahaha, include udc from kartino and few others class d, for now we are easy to order pcb at china its cheap, and sharp high quality pcb.
Hello Mr miles and all
i have lots of iron powder cores t130-10(black core) , retrieved from old big power supply. how many turns do I need to turn to use them in this amp, also do I need to cut a gap in the core ?😕
I plan to use with irfb42227 +/-75vlts at 2ohms load
hi overpower
thanks so much for the reply . let me implement and i will post results and pics of my layout . i am going the smd way .i will not be using th components but smd

for more than 300w rms use 130-2 or more big depends what power will be, for me im medium user only , i dont need kilowatt power, 300-500 wrms is enough for my home. i use micrometal t106-2, or ferrite with gap, i have no issue, when play with class D u need fsw meter to see the exact frew produce.
Stewin take EE33 from computer supply and make gap 1-2mm at middle, cheap and easy to make , AWG 18, 20 turn.

thanks norazmi , but if i have to use etd cores i have etd39 what are the turns for 30uh? but would love to use the black toroid cores over the etd cores.
PDF file of Manoj mod for D200.2 , for anyone who wanted to give it a go 🙂
What's the dimensions
is tlo81 critical .can we use lf356Hi andrew,
I am using TLC081 from Texas

Hi Vishal,
Its not critical TL071 or 81 will do the job well, need more fast use LM318 or TLC081

Bd s should not be on heatsink .it suppress noise when tied to groundsir mile here's another try of D200.2 with T130-2 core material with 62 turns of AWG#16 magnetic wire (only available wire) but same problem occured please advice
the PSU used was capable of 1KW +/-70VDC
the AMP DC out was too high when amp reaches 20VAC and up on output.
regards
D200.2
Hello mister What do you mean by Bd's? That green wire in heatsink was thermocouple for temp monitor.

PCBs have come to try APEX AUDIO D2000
warm regards
Andrew😉😉😉

andrew did you manage to test that monster? , how was the power?
all smd parts ready , want to try out this amp but the lm311 version
i prefer lm311 over the tl071/081 . also i have added a buffer to drive the fets so as to ease the load on the ir2110chip
any opinions and ideas are highly appreciated
