please post the schematic of this pcb design
how this amp work? i mean its good or ... heeey u know
i tried some simple d-class amp also this chip-d-class in the post (i can post my nice pcb)
but NO ONE works good😕
what about this one?

Looking at the layout I would suggest not, it is not a very good layout for class D and layout for class D like SMPS's is critical
guys may be we should try the below before replies are made

hiwhat about this one?
what about output self?
core?
turn?
and ,,,?
hi all another cheap solution to go about it . thanks to detex audio

i heard a lot of posts around the detex amp,but i may never know if it works,i am very curious.
i have heard about 70a mosfets at 100v with 14 miliohms which should be suitable since they are complementary ones, this way operation in 2 or 1 ohms is possible.
i am looking to build it with smps for 45v

hi guys..
i am going to make the this amp....
but instead of irf540 i want to use irf640 because i want to increase voltage in order to get more power....
if i use irf640 instead of irf540 what mosfet can i use instead of irf9540?

IRF9640
But I suggest you build it as it is supposed to be and get it working before you mess around.

richie than you for your reply...
yes i will make the nececcery changes..
i wiil change capacitors to 1μf and the 2k resistor to 1k...

like the http://www.diyaudio.com/forums/class-d/205654-ultra-simple-class-d.html?highlight=ultra+simple+class it is not simple to just add voltage directly without modifying the circuit. fortunately fredos managed to do +/-90vlts in his damp 1200wts using irfp240&irfp9240

Some Problems after 60% volume
Hello everyone,
I just made this class D pcb, and it's work, but until 60% of input volume. After that the sound is very bad, and on scope the pwm dissapear. Distorsions are very high. I tried all kind of core including t106-26 and t106-2 (red one from micormetal), at 35uH, and same result. I used LM393 N. Vere is the problem?
+-35 volt, Rss 500R/1w, zenners at 1W, and I switch irf540/9540 with irf640/irf9640 with same result.
Maybe LM393 N is resposible for that. Should I use LM393AP witch is faster???

Same problem
Anyone, any sugestions? I swith to LM393AP(faster than lm393n) with same result. Amp work very well until 60% input, and after that, the speaker cracking. I cant identify the problem.
