I don't really understand what the sale of such chassis to Europe looks like. Wouldn't it be easier to send it from Italy rather than the USA?
Should be easier and cheaper shipping, plus you can get anything they make, and custom drilling/silk screen per your .dxf,

Good question. This US-stock launch of the new Deluxe chassis is "phase one". We expect the diyAudio Deluxe chassis will be available for purchase for EU citizens directly from the diyAudio section on Modushop's EU store. We expect this to happen in the not-too-distant future (a month or two).
Europeans can currently purchase the chassis directly from the US store (and have it shipped from the US to the EU). However, it will certainly be more affordable to wait and order from within the EU at a later date. Due to VAT triangulation laws, we can't facilitate dropshipped orders for EU residents, so the chassis will need to be purchased directly from Modushop.
Considering the rapidly evolving US tariff situation, how things will evolve in terms of international trade is not yet clear. There there may need to be significant changes to the way we handle the sale of chassis in the future.
For now, what you see is what we have got. The (limited number of) Deluxe chassis exist, they are in the US, and will be shipped to you the day after ordering. Additionally, the current stock of chassis was imported before tariffs were introduced so it is an excellent opportunity to purchase at the current prices.

I did measure Modushop Galaxy chassis sidewall (advertised as not a 'real' heatsink) temperatures for (roughly) 15 W and 32 W effective power dissipation levels (for a single 2U 80 mm by 280 mm sidewall), and found them to be lower than expected. I just received my 5U/400 Deluxe chassis with Pass DIY front plate design today from the diyaudiostore. It looks really great, and even though UPS tried to damage it as best they could with their "bowling with boxes campaign", Gianluca's great packaging saved the day!
I'm excited to build my next amp with this fantastic new chassis. Thanks to @ItsAllInMyHead , @Jason , and @Gianluca for helping make our diyaudio hobby so accessible with these great chassis!
