Yes, it seems to me ok (but attentiveness is not my strong side).
As for that last scheme: with large currents mosfet will be always very hot here (needs radiator cooler), so there isn't reason IMHO to use active rectifier (ideal diode driver) before him (because there is always much enough loss of energy).
If we use radiator - we can use it both for diodes and for that mosfet.
