Since virtually all other components are inside the feedback loop, you may be left with checking individual components. For the tubes, you may have to take the time to swap one from a good channel to the defective channel.
A schematic diagram would make things a bit easier but I can't find one. Have you tried to get one from PPI?

I called Butler for a shematic but they dont give those out.The tubes are soldered in and would be very hard to switch.I may just send the amp back to Butler.Thanks for the troubleshooting tips,I learned alot.Will post back......Robert
Just an update on the Tubedriver.I sent the amp back to Butler,turned out to be a bad tube.Repair cost was very reasonable.Would have been very hard for me to replace that tube the way they soulder them in there.Thanks for the trouble shooting tips specialy Perry,I learned a lot about my scope........robert
