Burning Amp 2025!!

How about just renting a car at SFO and driving up?
I was born with two legs and I enjoy using them. Besides, car rental is pretty expensive these days.

If you're planning to make more of a vacation out of it and go sightseeing before/after BAF, going by car is basically the option. Though, I would consider renting in Petaluma and taking the shuttle. I bet it's much less expensive to rent a car outside of the airport than it is inside.

But, hey... Each to their own.

You guys have not driven on the 405 during rush hour... it's all relative. I love to drive and I find SF to be just a regular city. I mean, it's not like you got to deal with the people from New Jersey who act lost on the streets of Manhattan....

BTW, is there a shuttle in Petaluma? Oh man! That's so mass transit like. I had no clue. I just prefer having my own wheels, that's all.

When in California
Do as in California
Get a car and stick to the number 2 lane at no less than 80 mph.
Leave the number 1 lane to the locals.
Remember, the White Zone is for loading and unloading only!

😉

Anyhow, I'll let you guys do your own planning, I gave you my two bits about how I did it the last two years and how I've driven on the Bay Area for eons.

I'm gonna be doing mass transit in Japan. Wife won't let me rent a car. I mean, how hard could it be to drive on the wrong side of the road with signs that might as well be Greek to us?

Peace man ☮️.... I just gave you my take on the trip.

Done the 405 in WA as well. Many times. A different story. I meant the 405 in SoCal. 😛

Although the 205 in Portlandia is the worst! 😱 :zombie:

Everything I write is in humor... don't take things too seriously. You'll get a heart attack.

Have fun.

No Totos were implied in this post. 🚽🚽🚽

I got you! I’m bringing my horn-based system. It has been there the past two years. Pretty efficient two-way, 15” woofer and a large horn on top. Happy to have your amps hooked up to it. There are a number of other systems there too. So, there will be plenty of opportunity to swap and listen

Those amps look beautiful. Tell us more.
