During last year's BAF, I learned:
Now I hope I actually remember to do these things, in 2024.
- Bring a laser pointer
- Bring a dozen zip-to-close plastic bags (small: 4cm x 6cm) to hold the screws that volunteers remove from the ceiling plate of amplifier chassis, for better display during raffle and auction
- Bring two sets of hex keys, one metric and one Imperial
- Bring a canvas briefcase or rucksack to hold notepads and any giveaways or prizes or small purchased items
- Bring a few "barbecue restaurant style" sealed alcohol handwipes, especially those that work on either hands or eyeglasses

Hello, I bought two Amp Camp Amps about 3-4 years ago but didn't finish building it due to medical issues. Am I able to bring them to this camp to get help completing it ? Thanks
Of course!! Bring them, we'll help you get them going. 🙂 🙂
Yes I sure do remember that! It was an amazing display of organization and thoroughness. I'll be bringing baggies because I know that if I'm voluntold for similar duty, I could never duplicate your perfect success. (genuflects)we did not loose a single screw last year.
haha!! I would not go that far! If I'm honest, it was your reminder that made me keep an eye on the screws. 😉It was an amazing display of organization and thoroughness
Just a reminder, please have a written description of your equipment so others can read it when you are not around and bring your own extension cords. Also, if you have any unfinished projects, bring them we always enjoy seeing them.

The direct drives...
But seriously, my Costo today ran out of TP because the local idiots were concerned about the strike in the East ports.
Imagine that stupidity.
We might need TP in Petaluma.

Volunteers, here's a sign-up sheet so we know who's doing what ahead of time. It is not mandatory to sign-up; you are welcome to help out even if you didn't sign up 🙂
We gonna have the raffle and give away's and the auction too? If so please encourage folks to bring stuff.
