There is currently over 1200 project downloads and my estimate is that about 20 amplifiers were actually built, but only several members reported back.
I see that you use a volume control inside amplifier case and simple unshielded twisted wires for signal input. That’s all fine but if you use sensitive loudspeakers (i.e. horns) and can hear any noise without input signal (with volume at the usual position for proper listening level, then some changes would be required. This amplifier has lowest noise of them all. There isn’t any available amplifier with lower noise, and no noise should be heard under any conditions.
If there is no hiss or hum under any conditions, all is great.
