I'm little confused in what kind of transformer secondaries are required for powering BIII via Placid HD? At TPA website it's 9+9, but Placid accepts only one 9VAC line input, if I'm not mistake. So, other secondary is not used?

You only need a single secondary. We sell a dual secondary tranformer for flexibility across products. You can use the two secondaries in parallel for increased current output.

Yes. The screw holes line up. You can use a pin header to connect them, or you could mate them directly and solder the pads together even...

you might also want to adjust standoff lengths.
As Brian also said you could simply solder short wires in the holes with the boards lined up.

Then just a 2 x 10 2.54mm pitch standard male pin header for the other side.

Can you advice how to install leds on Placid and BIII, they have no keys on its bodies?
To which BIII DIN pins connect MCLK, LRCK1, LRCK2, SCLK1, SCLK2 as TTL PCM source? Is GND required, I2S has no such line?

Jumpers for BIII are zero ohm smd resistors in a reel? Are there no jumpers included for ADDR, reset?
I received two 100nF C4 caps with Placid kit by a mistake or it's required somewhere?

They do, they are just small. Google "LED" and then refer to the markings on the PCB.
You need to read the integration guide. Then get back to me.

Perfect timing! Thanks for this information guys. I had it mocked up on the bench considering something like that. Am I correct to assume that it would work both ways? Mux to Sidecar and Sidecar to BIII?
