BTW, I just checked with Hypex and have some bad news: the regulators are out of stock and there's a 60 day lead time on them which is a bummer for those of us who wanted them as well

Yeap, but I checked and it is a 4 layers design that I cannot make by myself, to have this pcb made in qty of 1 will be expensive. I'll wait and see...

Regarding the availability, it's a bit of a pain as I hadn't expected that much of a lead time.
Algar, it's only a 2-layer design? It shouldn't be hard / expensive to get the PCB made up locally if you wanted.
