Blame Pa!

A big Thank you!

Hello Mr. Pass,

- you made me become a 'dangerous solder-slinger'
- you made me become a 'greedy boy' for your fantastic circuits

- you influenced me loving class A-circuits

- you let me read most of your articles on your Nymeria
and I've learned a lot!!!

- you made me a heavyweight -champion in cutting, drilling and building too
heavy aluminum cases for my amps
- you gave me the chance to listen to fantastic pre- and poweramps as well

very nice active crossovers,...

What can I say?
Thank you! 😉
Cheers
Dirk 😀

…for:
Buying and building ACA mono blocks which lead to more itches to scratch
Buying a bunch of Tokins in anticipation
Discovering Sony VFET amps -> buying a TA-5650 -> restoring it -> buying spare vfets for it
Finding ZMs Sissysit. R3 -> scratch building case -> work in progress
Buying a bunch of Toshiba jfets…
Losing interest in my Quad 405s

Is it really necessary to say thanks to people (i.e. the "blaming") that do something one happens to like repeatedly? It could be that the person in question also does not like the created cult status that much. Just saying.

That's why this thread isn't titled "Praise The Lord!!"

Catch is - whatever you wrote here, this thread is much more about you than about Pa****

-praise it, mock it , argue, split da hair, whatever ........ result is the same - it will actually show your attitude about DIY, Life, Learning, coping with mistakes, coping with people, coping with language

though, worth saying that everything is important and nothing is important

why is then, for some people, so hard having positive attitude - seeing glass at least half full?

I mean - I don't care, just splittin' da hair, while enjoying first morning coffee

***he's getting that, even if I'm also sure that he's enjoying Praise The Lord in precise positive amount

Whatever. I just wonder if the person in question likes this. That has nothing to do with me or my attitude I think. It is imagining being the person that is praised repeatedly. For some that could be intimidating or embarrassing.
