might be less once assembled
for one, the number 'depend' the summ of several other
and adding glue etc etc 😉
anyway, its really bad if too small
better to a milllimeter to shave off when finishing
and, you may notice the number 580 is mutual for almost all cuts
means they are all equal and fits each other, because the saw havent been changed(maybe)
Other question is where should I place the breakout to speaker connector ?
anywhere on the back is the usual place
and should I add a passive x-over, I don't have one ?
why passive ?
are building one or two ?

starting with front, ports and sides, with the bottom
then the back panel, and its bracing
finishing with the topplate
but just one tenth of a millimeter too small will look really bad
always make it two tenth bigger
for you it have been 2 millimeter instead of 2 tenths 😀
if you want them to match 100%, you may have to cut them after assembling the other ones
